Original painting. Date of creation: 2017

The painting depicts four women in saris of different colors, in the shade of a banana grove after a puja. The work reflects several meanings at once - initially when I saw these women near the Indian temple, I photographed them and decided that I would draw these women in the form of four elements - water, fire, earth, and air. And the fifth element is ether, which is symbolized by the female deity. But at the same time, these are completely ordinary Indian women who just left the temple and sat down to rest in the shade. What is the point of seeing - you choose! But I can say that this picture is one of my favorites and inspires me a lot.
