Original painting. Date of creation: 2015

This painting depicts a beautiful Indian woman in a pink sari holding a child in her arms. As an artist and a religious scholar, I love to use such subjects in my work, because the image of a woman with a child is sacred in many religions. How beautifully a mother holds her child in her arms... This image calms, comforts, brings joy - it is a symbol of the continuation of life and it is always beautiful!By the way, the picture was painted during my inspiring trip to India. I bought a canvas and a stretcher from the local market and immediately began to paint...Therefore, when buying a painting, you have a chance to touch the real Indian aesthetics - despite the seeming unpretentiousness of the materials, the painting is stretched on a stretcher and executed perfectly!
