Shipping Policy

The shipping process is as follows:

1) You pay the cost of the artwork. Shipping costs are already included in the amount shown on this website.

*NB! We do not ship the artwork until the full amount has been transferred.

2) Once the payment is credited to our account, we take three to five (3-5) business days to process the relevant documents for shipment.

3) We ship your order by FedEx or DHL and send you tracking information for your order.

The standard delivery time is three to five (3-5) business days.

If the recipient is located in a remote area (for example, Australia, Japan, UAE, etc.), then delivery will take from seven to ten (7-10) business days. You can find more information about delivery times on the website of the delivery service.

To receive the up-to-date tracking information, we recommend that you track your package via the particular courier's website either DHL or FedEx.

To identify which courier is handling your package, please locate the email notification you received when the artwork shipped.

This email contains a link allowing you to access a webpage with your order tracking details including your specific courier and your tracking number. Please copy the tracking number from this page and then enter it into the courier's webpage for the latest tracking information.

If you can't locate the original notification email or have any further questions regarding your purchase, please email or contact us on the "contact us" page of this website.

*If the artwork was delivered to you in a damaged postal package, please make a video of the unpacking process so that if the work arrived damaged, the delivery service is obliged to reimburse you for its cost.


We always try to place and send your order as soon as possible so that you can receive a work of art within a week. But sometimes the terms of processing the relevant documents and the work of the delivery service do not depend on us, so the delivery time may take a few days longer.

We can also send your purchased artwork to you by ordinary postal service from Armenia "HayPost". It will take about two weeks longer to arrive, but it will be cheaper. "Haypost" also provides a tracking code and the ability to track the path of your parcel on the website If you are willing to wait about a month for the work you like, we can deduct the difference in shipping costs from the cost of the work. This delivery will save you a certain amount, depending on the size of the artwork and its volume weight.

If the artwork is not framed, you have the option of ordering it to be delivered on a roll. This also gives you the opportunity to ask us for a discount on the artwork, because it is cheaper to deliver it on a roll.

Return Policy

Return requests must be submitted within the return period(s) listed below:


  • Original Artwork: seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery

  • Return requests received outside the stated return period(s) will not be accepted

  • Return shipments must be arranged and shipped in their original packaging (including all accompanying certificates received with the order)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment once the artist receives the artwork

  • All  funds will be remitted in USD unless otherwise stated

  • Returns will not be accepted for any artwork that has been stretched, cropped, or altered in any capacity after purchase

Original artwork return policy.

From the time you receive your original artwork from delivery couriers, you have seven (7) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund. 

We also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with us that the work will be returned. So, if you receive artwork and are not fully satisfied, you have:

1.      Seven (7) days to contact us about your intent to return the work

2.      Three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork.

NB! Do not ship the artwork before contacting us! You must first contact us.

If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.


How to Return an Original, Undamaged Work:

  1.  Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please email to give us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.

  2. Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials used by the artist. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the artwork back safely to the artist.

  3. Email to complete the return process.


Once the piece safely reaches the artist, the amount owed will be refunded to your source of payment (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any) within 7-10 business days of your merchandise return.


•       NB! When returning a work of art, the costs of return shipping and customs fees to the country of sending are paid by the buyer!


What to do if the artwork arrives damaged:

1) Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please email to give us your order information.

2) Save original packaging!

3) Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos to or contact us on the "contact us" page of this website.


Before submitting a return request for a work of art, please be sure to include the following information:

1) Your first and last name (buyer)

2) Your valid email address

3) State the reason why you want to return the artwork

4) If the artwork arrived damaged, attach a video of the unpacking process and photos of the damaged order.
